Gregory Herman serves as Chief Legal Officer at CFrame, where he oversees contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory strategy. With nearly a decade of experience as a law clerk specializing in franchise litigation and arbitration, Gregory brings a deep understanding of legal frameworks that govern complex business relationships. His international legal training—including LL.M. degrees from the University of London and George Mason University, and studies in Finland and Estonia—gives him a uniquely global perspective on compliance, IP protection, and cross-border legal risk. At CFrame, Gregory ensures that our platform is protected, our partnerships are sound, and our growth is legally resilient in a rapidly evolving data and wellness landscape. Gregory passed the Washington, D.C. Bar Exam in February 2025 and will take the MPRE exam in August 2025. Anticipated Washington D.C. Bar licensing to occur in late 2025.
